Misture bem. Passe os linguados levemente pela mistura. Numa frigideira antiaderente grande, despeje o azeite e deixe aquecer por 2 minutos. Grelhe os linguados 3 minutos de cada lado. Retire-os com cuidado dispondo um em cada prato raso. Na mesma frigideira coloque a margarina e a maizena e deixe fritar, junte o sumo de laranja, a cebolinha escorrida. Deixe ferver por aproximadamente 5 minutos. Despeje uma concha do molho sobre os linguados. Deixar aquecer a margarina numa frigideira antiaderente e fritar as postas até dourar. Tirar o peixe da frigideira e refogar os espargos por 3 minutos com o caldo do peixe. Coloque-os numa travessa de vidro de ir ao forno levemente untado com margarina. Coza o espinafre e escorra toda a água. Pique bem miúdo, tempere com a noz-moscada, junte o arroz, torne a misturar e coloque sobre cada filete uma porção da mistura. Cubra com papel manteiga e leve ao microondas em potência média por 8 a 10 minutos ou até que o peixe esteja cozido. Desfie o bacalhau. Coloque em camadas numa panela: batatas, bacalhau, azeitonas, alcaparras, passas e alho. Adicione um copo de água, ponha a tampa na panela, leve ao lume durante aproximadamente 30 minutos.
